Regulations of the Promotion "Second session on the climbing wall - 50% off"

§1. General provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion is Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA&SPORT, located in Władysławowo, Hryniewieckiego 12A, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. The promotion applies to sessions on the climbing wall organized at the Gwiazda Morza Hotel facility.
3. The promotion is valid on 4.12.2024 during the operating hours of the climbing wall.

§2. Promotion rules

1. The promotion consists of the possibility to purchase the second session on the climbing wall at a 50% discount, provided that:

• Both sessions are booked and paid for simultaneously.
• Both sessions will take place on the same date and time.

2. The promotion applies to reservations for two people (e.g., two climbing participants at the same time).

§3. Exclusions and restrictions:

1. Session reservations under the promotion can be made:

• by phone and email at the Gwiazda Morza SPA Institute,

• the promotion does not apply to reservations made before the promotion starts or after it ends,
• the number of spots on the climbing wall is limited. Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis,
• changing the date or time of a session under the promotion is possible only with the Organizer's consent and subject to availability,
• the promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

§4. Final provisions

1. Using the promotion means acceptance of these regulations.
2. Any questions regarding the promotion should be directed to the email address: marketing@gwiazdamorza.com.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the promotion regulations for important reasons, provided that such changes do not violate the acquired rights of customers.
4. Participation in the Promotion is equivalent to acceptance of these Regulations.
