The Hotel Guest bears full Financial liability for any damages to or destruction of the fittings and technical devices he/she or his/her visitors are accountable for.
Should a Guest infringe on the stipulations of the Hotel Regulations and other Regulations binding at the Gwiazda Morza SPA&SPORT Resort, or on the personal rights of other Guests or Hotel staff, the directors or management of the operating company shall be entitled to refuse providing services to such a Guest.
Each time you leave your Hotel room, please make sure that the TV, the lights, and the taps are turned off, and that the room door is locked, all for safety reasons.
The Hotel enjoys the statutory right of pledge on any property the Guest brings into the Hotel, should he/she be in delay with effecting the payment for his/her stay or fail to pay for the services provided.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOTEL
The Hotel shall be liable for the loss of or damage to the property brought in by anyone using its services, to the extent defined in the regulations of the Civil Code.
The Guest should notify the Reception Desk of any arisen damage immediately it is discovered.
The Hotel shall be liable for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, or object of scientific or artistic value, only if the objects have been left in the Hotel deposit for storage.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept taking into deposit any objects of high value, substantial amounts of money, hazardous objects and those of large which cannot fit into the deposit facilities.
As stipulated in the regulations of paid parking spaces (available from the Hotel reception), the Hotel is not liable for any damages to or loss of the car or another vehicle owned by the Guest, any objects or live animals left therein, irrespective of whether the vehicle is parked in the garage hall or outdoor parking spaces.QUIET HOURS The Hotel has quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. COMPLAINTS
Guests have the right to file complaints, should they notice any defects in the quality of the services provided.
The complaint should be filed in writing at the main reception desk immediately after any defects in the standard of the services provided are noticed.
The Hotel shall consider the complaint within 30 calendar days following its filing.
RULES OF SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
The Hotel premises are subject to the ban on smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, also in the rooms, on balconies and terraces. The penalty for cleaning or violating the Regulations shall be charged at PLN 500 for each infringement on this stipulation.
No hazardous goods can be kept in the rooms – weapons and munition, or flammable, explosive, and illuminating materials.
Canvassing and door-to-door sale is banned on the Hotel premises.
Forbidden on the Hotel premises too is creation of excessive noise, unpleasant smells, and other things which disturb, harm, or irritate the other Hotel Guests.
Considering the REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS AND ADMINISTRATION of 7/06/2010 on fire protection of buildings, other building structures, and land, it is forbidden to keep any objects which narrow down the evacuation route in the corridors (e.g. prams, trolleys, or wheelchairs).

You can book treatment daily at the SPA INSTITUTE reception desk in its business hours, or on the telephone at the following number: +48 58 600 22 11, or the 511 extension number dialed from your room, or by e-mail at: email@example.com.We recommend booking treatment in advance.
The Guests staying at the Gwiazda Morza Resort are kindly requested to arrive for treatment 15 minutes ahead of the time so that you can prepare for the treatment and complete the questionnaire connected with the treatment planned.
Please, arrive at the SPA Institute in your dressing gown and flip-flops you will find in your room, in the SPA BAG.
The Guests from outside the Hotel are kindly requested to arrive about 30 minutes ahead of the planned treatment to change in the changing room and prepare for the treatment.
Waiting for the Guests from outside the Hotel is a dressing gown, slippers, and a towel.We do not recommend any heavy meals before the treatment.
Please, avoid sunbathing and do not use the saunas directly after the treatment.
Body care treatment and steam-mud sauna involving essential oils are not appropriate for pregnant women and women having their period.
Improper behaviour (sexual proposals, aggression, etc.) shall result in aborting treatment and charging the full price for the treatment.
The charge shall be included in the bill for stay.
The GWIAZDA MORZA RESORT shall not be liable for any lost jewelry or other valuables.
At the SPA INSTITUTE you can purchase care products for use at home, and in this way you can continue care after you return home.
Group activities in the NAUTICA hall and the swimming pool will be organised according to the schedule available on the website and at the information points on the Resort premises.
Should any contraindications occur, the SPA Institute reserves the right to refuse treatment.Rules of staying with animals

For each pet which arrives with its Owner at our hotel, we donate PLN 15 for charity to the ‘Ostoja’ Pomeranian Centre of Wild Animal Rehabilitation in Pomieczyno.
