Hotel Regulations

BOOKING RULES


PLAYPENS

Playpens are provided on request and free of charge for children up to the age of 3; the hotel offers playpens together with blankets, protectors, and pillows.

FAMILY STAYS

Room prices are inclusive of children up to the age of 4.

Should you notice any irregularities such as missing fittings or defects in your room, please notify the Hotel Reception Desk thereof without delay.

The Hotel Guest bears full Financial liability for any damages to or destruction of the fittings and technical devices he/she or his/her visitors are accountable for.

Should a Guest infringe on the stipulations of the Hotel Regulations and other Regulations binding at the Gwiazda Morza SPA&SPORT Resort, or on the personal rights of other Guests or Hotel staff, the directors or management of the operating company shall be entitled to refuse providing services to such a Guest.

Each time you leave your Hotel room, please make sure that the TV, the lights, and the taps are turned off, and that the room door is locked, all for safety reasons.

The Hotel enjoys the statutory right of pledge on any property the Guest brings into the Hotel, should he/she be in delay with effecting the payment for his/her stay or fail to pay for the services provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOTEL

The Hotel shall be liable for the loss of or damage to the property brought in by anyone using its services, to the extent defined in the regulations of the Civil Code.

The Guest should notify the Reception Desk of any arisen damage immediately it is discovered.

The Hotel shall be liable for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, or object of scientific or artistic value, only if the objects have been left in the Hotel deposit for storage.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept taking into deposit any objects of high value, substantial amounts of money, hazardous objects and those of large which cannot fit into the deposit facilities.

As stipulated in the regulations of paid parking spaces (available from the Hotel reception), the Hotel is not liable for any damages to or loss of the car or another vehicle owned by the Guest, any objects or live animals left therein, irrespective of whether the vehicle is parked in the garage hall or outdoor parking spaces.

QUIET HOURS The Hotel has quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. COMPLAINTS

Guests have the right to file complaints, should they notice any defects in the quality of the services provided.

The complaint should be filed in writing at the main reception desk immediately after any defects in the standard of the services provided are noticed.

The Hotel shall consider the complaint within 30 calendar days following its filing.

RULES OF SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
SMOKING POLICY

The Hotel premises are subject to the ban on smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes, also in the rooms, on balconies and terraces. The penalty for cleaning or violating the Regulations shall be charged at PLN 500 for each infringement on this stipulation.

No hazardous goods can be kept in the rooms – weapons and munition, or flammable, explosive, and illuminating materials.

Canvassing and door-to-door sale is banned on the Hotel premises.

Forbidden on the Hotel premises too is creation of excessive noise, unpleasant smells, and other things which disturb, harm, or irritate the other Hotel Guests.

Considering the REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS AND ADMINISTRATION of 7/06/2010 on fire protection of buildings, other building structures, and land, it is forbidden to keep any objects which narrow down the evacuation route in the corridors (e.g. prams, trolleys, or wheelchairs).

GENERAL RULES
INFORMATION ON ADJUSTMENTS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

The hall, conference area, public spaces, and all restaurants are adjusted to serve people on wheelchairs.

FACILITY USE RULES

The pool and sauna zone and the fitness centre are accessible to anyone not using the Hotel services – for an additional fee and in the hours set by the Facility Operator.

Spa Institute Regulations

We have put together a set of information and guidelines for you to prepare for and use treatment at our SPA GWIAZDA MORZA INSTITUTE.
What matters to us is that your visit gives you special experience and progresses with no disturbances — that is why, please, study and follow them, as this will help us to provide you with services in the professional manner.

The SPA Institute is integrally incorporated in the Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA & SPORT Hotel in Władysławowo.

You can book treatment daily at the SPA INSTITUTE reception desk in its business hours, or on the telephone at the following number: +48 58 600 22 11, or the 511 extension number dialed from your room, or by e-mail at: spa@gwiazdamorza.com.

We recommend booking treatment in advance.

The Guests staying at the Gwiazda Morza Resort are kindly requested to arrive for treatment 15 minutes ahead of the time so that you can prepare for the treatment and complete the questionnaire connected with the treatment planned.

Please, arrive at the SPA Institute in your dressing gown and flip-flops you will find in your room, in the SPA BAG.

The Guests from outside the Hotel are kindly requested to arrive about 30 minutes ahead of the planned treatment to change in the changing room and prepare for the treatment.

Waiting for the Guests from outside the Hotel is a dressing gown, slippers, and a towel.

We do not recommend any heavy meals before the treatment.

Please, avoid sunbathing and do not use the saunas directly after the treatment.

Body care treatment and steam-mud sauna involving essential oils are not appropriate for pregnant women and women having their period.

Improper behaviour (sexual proposals, aggression, etc.) shall result in aborting treatment and charging the full price for the treatment.

The charge shall be included in the bill for stay.

The GWIAZDA MORZA RESORT shall not be liable for any lost jewelry or other valuables.

At the SPA INSTITUTE you can purchase care products for use at home, and in this way you can continue care after you return home.

Group activities in the NAUTICA hall and the swimming pool will be organised according to the schedule available on the website and at the information points on the Resort premises.

Should any contraindications occur, the SPA Institute reserves the right to refuse treatment.

Rules of staying with animals

For each pet which arrives with its Owner at our hotel, we donate PLN 15 for charity to the ‘Ostoja’ Pomeranian Centre of Wild Animal Rehabilitation in Pomieczyno.

While making the booking, please state the type, race, and behaviour of your animal.

SPA Institute Regulations

  1. The SPA Institute is integrally incorporated in the Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA & SPORT Hotel in Władysławowo. Binding on the premises are the Hotel Regulations and these Regulations.
  2. The Gwiazda Morza SPA Institute is open in the hours you can read on the website and information points at the Resort.
  3. The client’s use of the SPA Institute services, just as his/her booking of treatment, is equivalent to the client’s making the declaration that he/she has familiarised himself/herself with these Regulations and accepts them.
  4. We encourage you to contact the reception desk of the SPA INSTITUTE beforehand; our specialists will be happy to help you choose the treatment best addressing your needs.
  5. You can book treatment daily at the SPA INSTITUTE reception desk in its business hours, or on the telephone at the following number: +48 58 600 22 11, or the 511 extension number dialed from your room, or by e-mail at: spa@gwiazdamorza.com.

  11. You will receive the necessary accessories, such as disposable underwear, directly before the treatment, in the room. We recommend taking a brief shower before body treatment and massage.
  12. You are kindly requested to arrive on time so that the Guests coming after you can begin their treatment punctually.
  13. In the event you are late, your treatment will be shorter but the price cannot be reduced.
  14. For your own comfort, please silence your mobile phone and leave it in the hotel room; please, also talk in a low voice.
  15. We do not recommend any heavy meals before the treatment.
  16. Please, avoid sunbathing and do not use the saunas directly after the treatment.
  17. Body care treatment and steam-mud sauna involving essential oils are not appropriate for pregnant women and women having their period. If this is the case, we reserve the right to refuse giving treatment, or to suggest alternative treatment.
  18. Steam-mud sauna is not recommended for hypertensive people or those with cardiovascular diseases. You can obtain information on the rules of using it at the SPA Institute reception desk or from our therapists.
  19. After treatment, you are invited to the relaxation zone where you will be served mineral water and aromatic tea.
  20. At the SPA INSTITUTE it is banned to:
  • bring in and drink alcohol,
  • take drugs or other stupefacients,
  • smoke,
  • bring in animals,
  • use film and photo cameras, as well as any other devices for recording image or sound,
  • canvass and leave advertising materials.
  1. No one under the influence of alcohol shall be given treatment at the SPA Institute.
  2. Children aged 3 plus and teenagers up to the age of 18 are recommended treatment designed specifically for them; they can use it on written consent from the parents or legal guardians and only in their presence.
  3. Improper behaviour (sexual proposals, aggression, etc.) shall result in aborting treatment and charging the full price for the treatment.
  4. The charge shall be included in the bill for stay. No tip is included in the treatment price.
  5. Should you wish to redeem your voucher or discount coupon, please notify the SPA INSTITUTE reception desk beforehand.
  6. Please, let us know of your resignation of the treatment booked at least 8 hours in advance of the planned onset hour, or on the day preceding the treatment no later than 6 pm. If you report your intention later, or fail to let us know thereof altogether, you will be charged full treatment price.
  7. Please, arrive at the SPA with no valuables or jewelry; please, take it off before the treatment.
  8. The GWIAZDA MORZA RESORT shall not be liable for any lost jewelry or other valuables. You can use the safe in your room or apartment.
  9. Your comfort and safety of care are our priority; therefore, please, kindly complete the questionnaire meticulously before the treatment and inform us of any health problems which might be a contraindication for giving you any particular treatment.
  10. At the SPA INSTITUTE you can purchase care products for use at home, and in this way you can continue care after you return home.
  11. Group activities in the NAUTICA hall and the swimming pool will be organised according to the schedule available on the website and at the information points on the Resort premises.

Rules of staying with animals

  1. The Gwiazda Morza SPA&SPORT Resort accepts dogs and cats. Maximum two animals per room are permitted. Please, notify the hotel booking department that you will be arriving with animals before you come; please, also study the conditions of checking in animals available at the hotel main reception desk or on the following website: www.gwiazdamorza.com/kochamy-zwierzeta
  2. For each pet which arrives with its Owner at our hotel, we donate PLN 15 for charity to the ‘Ostoja’ Pomeranian Centre of Wild Animal Rehabilitation in Pomieczyno.
  3. While making the booking, please state the type, race, and behaviour of your animal. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accepting animals which demonstrate dangerous or aggressive behaviour.
  4. The Hotel accepts animals which are healthy, have their health certificates with them (it is absolutely required for the animal to be validly vaccinated against rabies and dewormed). The Hotel has the right to refuse to accept an ill animal or animal in convalescence.
  5. When checking in, you should sign an accord on animal stay on the premises; the template of the accord is appended as annexe 1 to these Regulations. The Owner of the animal(s) declares that the animal(s) is/are healthy and do not pose any threat to other people or animals.
  6. The price for an animal is PLN 150 per stay. The amount is the charge for extra cleaning an ozonating the room after the dog’s stay therein.
  7. The animal(s) should stay in the room. Outside, the animal must be taken on a leash or in a transporter under the care of the Owner. In extraordinary cases, the Hotel reserves the right to demand that a muzzle is worn.
  8. The Owners are obliged to have their own bedding for the animal.
  9. The Owner of the animal shall be fully liable financially for any damage his/her animal might inflict to the Hotel property and other guests’ belongings. If the bed sheets, mattress, sofa, armchairs, flooring, or other elements of the fittings of the room the animal stays at are soiled by the animal (hair, saliva, feed, mud, defecating in the room, bathroom, or the balcony) or damaged, the Owner shall be obliged to cover all costs arising from the inflicted damage. The same applies to soiling and damages inflicted to the shared spaces on the facility, as recorded on the camera, seen by witnesses of the event, or the Owner himself/herself.
  10. It is possible to reduce the fee by PLN 10 over the stay, if the animal Owner holds the TPL insurance covering his/her private life and protecting him/her from any damage referred to above the pet might cause. In the event damage occurs, the Owner and the aggrieved write down the damage record at the reception desk (annexe 2) so that the damage can be claimed from the insurer. Earlier on, please write the number of your insurance policy in Annexe 1.
  11. In the event the animal is left alone in the room, please hang the tag with the relevant information thereon: ‘Animal in the room’ on the outside door handle. The tags are available in each room.
  12. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to leave the animal alone on the balcony of the hotel room, or the hotel terrace.
  13. For safety reasons, rooms where animals stay are cleaned only in the presence of the animal Owner, or whilst the animal is absent from the room. Please, call the reception desk at number 500 to agree the convenient hour.
  14. Animals must not stay in the Wellness zone (swimming pools, saunas, gym), in the Kids Room, in Restaurants N54 and H12 (unless you give prior notification to the staff), the Triathlon and Climb halls, the climbing wall room, the SPA Institute, and on the playground outdoors. It is also forbidden to swim in the outdoor pool with the dog, and take a jacuzzi.
  15. You can stay with your pet in the private park, hotel lobby, on the terraces of levels 4 and 5, though not on the couches, in the armchairs, or beach-chairs.
  16. Restaurant N54 has dedicated tables for the Owners and their animals before the entrance to the restaurant, in the Sail room, and on the Hotel terrace. In Restaurant H12, you can take a table outside together with your pet. You can also use the Room Service at the Hotel.
  17. The Owner is obliged to scoop each poo left by his/her animal.
  18. Should other guests report it, or noise come from the room with an animal left inside, the Hotel shall immediately contact the animal Owner either in person, or on the telephone.
  19. Failure to report the presence of an animal in the room, or violation of the above rules shall result in a penalty of PLN 500.
