Together with our Spa Manager – Michał, they held numerous discussions about how diet affects our daily life, health, and well-being. This year, his next book premiered - "Vegan Detox". Michał tested the diet on himself, also combining it with balanced meals and physical activity. The effects were visible to the naked eye, so subsequently, another 10 people from Gwiazda Morza (one chef, one reception employee, and 5 managers, including our director – Marek Hilla) realized the diet themselves. Every organism reacted differently, although we all ate the same food at the same times. As a result, each of us gained some benefits from this experience.

During changing eating habits, mental attitude is very important. We must be internally ready to make changes; otherwise, there is a high chance that the diet will not be effective, which may affect our self-esteem and cause frustration. For some, the best form will be a radical change of diet; for others, gradual introduction and replacement of subsequent products with healthier substitutes or less caloric variants. It is important to observe your body's reactions, adjust to its needs, and not expect an immediate effect. Each of us is different. Therefore, appropriate physical activity should be chosen individually. We do not recommend exhausting workouts resulting in fainting or injury.
