Black Friday Promotion Terms and Conditions

§1. General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions specify the rules and conditions for using the "Black Friday" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").
2. The organizer of the Promotion is Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA&SPORT, headquartered in Władysławowo, Hryniewieckiego 12A, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
3. The Promotion is valid only during the period from 29.11, 0:01 (start) to 1.12, 23:59 (end), hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period" for bookings made on the website www.gwiazdamorza.com in the "Special Offers" section.

1. The Promotion applies to selected products/services available in the Organizer's offer, which have been clearly marked as included in the Promotion.
2. The Promotion is available to all customers who make a purchase during the Promotion Period, in accordance with the rules set out in these terms and conditions.

1. Discounts under the Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, discount coupons, or loyalty programs, unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
2. The Promotion applies only to new bookings made between 29.11-1.12.2024
3. The Promotion does not constitute a legal obligation for the Organizer to offer all products/services with a discount.
4. To benefit from the discount, a discount code must be entered at the time of purchase.
5. Discounts are calculated based on the regular price of the products.

1. Prices of products covered by the Promotion comply with consumer protection regulations, including the Act on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices.
2. Before the discount, the product price applicable during the 30 days preceding the Promotion was clearly indicated on the website.
3. The Organizer declares that all advertising messages regarding the Promotion are consistent with the actual terms of the offer and do not mislead consumers.

1. All complaints regarding the Promotion should be submitted in writing to the Organizer's address within 14 days from the end date of the Promotion.
2. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, provided that such changes do not negatively affect the acquired rights of consumers.
2. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

4. Participation in the Promotion is equivalent to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
