Thank you for reading the hotel regulations and for complying with them. We aim to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for guests of the Gwiazda Morza SPA & SPORT hotel. Check in: 4:00p.m. Check out: 11:00a.m.
Booking conditions BABY COTS Cots are provided on request and free of charge for children up to 3 years of age; however, the hotel offers baby cots with blankets, protectors and pillows only on the basis of an agreement signed upon arrival. FAMILY STAYS Room prices include accommodation for children up to 4 years old. There are no additional charges for extra beds. Meals are subject to an extra charge of: children aged 0-4 free, 5-16 years - 50% 16+ payable as an adult.
Room registration rules EARLY ARRIVAL We are happy to accommodate you in case of early arrival, depending on availability. Please inform us about your wishes as soon as possible, however, please remember that in order to guarantee an early arrival, the room must be reserved for the previous night. EARLY DEPARTURE Guests leaving the hotel before the scheduled departure date may be charged an early departure fee. The fee may be up to 100% of the value of the confirmed time of their stay, depending on the selected stay offer. Please contact the hotel for further information. REQUIREMENTS REGARDING IDENTITY CARDS For security reasons, guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check-in. The documents that will be accepted include a driving license, a passport and a card confirming the age (such as an ID card). The photo ID must also match the name and surname provided in the booking. LATE CHECK-OUT The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to the reception until 10.00a.m. on the day on which the date of the room booking expires. The hotel will take into account the wish to extend your stay within the available resources. We are happy to offer late check-out upon request. Check-out deadline is 11:00a.m. In the case of late check-out until 6:00p.m. a fee equal to the price of using the room for the entire day (half the value of the day on a given day) applies. In case of check-out after 6:00p.m., a full-day room fee applies. CHECK-IN REFUSAL The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Regulations during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to hotel property or property of other Guests, injury to Guests, Hotel employees or other persons staying at the Hotel.
Responsibility of guests Children under the age of 12 should be in the Hotel under constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage caused as a result of children's actions. The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Hotel's technical equipment and facilities caused by him or through the fault of people visiting him. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card, after their departure, for any damage done. In the event of a breach of the Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Hotel, settle payment for the already provided services, pay for any damage and leave the Hotel. Each time a guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, he/she should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off the taps and make sure that the door to the room is closed. The hotel has a statutory right of pledge on items brought by the guest to the hotel in the event of a delay in settling the payment for the stay or failure to pay for the rendered services.
Hotel liability The hotel is liable for loss or damage of items brought by people using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code. The guest should notify the Reception about the damage immediately after its detection. The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value only if these items have been put into a hotel deposit. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept to deposit items of high value, substantial amounts of cash, security-threatening items and bulky items that cannot be placed in a deposit. The Hotel is not liable for damage and loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the hotel car park or outside the Hotel premises. The hotel has liability insurance in the car park, for vehicles using it. You must provide the registration number of the vehicle at the upon checking into the hotel to take advantage of this insurance.
Return of things left behind Items of personal use, left in a hotel room by a guest after leaving will be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense. If the guest does not provide instructions to send back the items he/she left, the Hotel will store the above items at the expense of the owner for a period of three months, and after that period these items will become the property of the Hotel.
Night quiet time The hotel practices night quiet time from 10:00p.m. to 7:00a.m.
Complaints Guests have the right to file complaints in the event of noticing deficiencies in the quality of services provided. All complaints are received by the Reception. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing the deficiencies in the standard of services provided.

In the Hotel, except for designated places, smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and e-cigarettes are strictly forbidden. A fee in the amount of PLN 500 for cleaning or breaking the regulations will be charged for each violation of this rule. You cannot store dangerous goods - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illumination materials in hotel rooms. It is forbidden to conduct the canvassing and door-to-door sales on the premises of the Hotel. It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises of the Hotel, causing unpleasant odors or other things that interfere with, harm or irritate other Hotel Guests. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to hotel rooms and their equipment, except for a slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment, not compromising their functionality and safety of use. The guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the law on the protection of personal data.

We have two rooms available for disabled guests. Contact the hotel directly for more information. RULES FOR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION Drinks can be served to people over 18 (with a valid ID). GUIDELINES FOR CHILD CARE We do not offer our own childcare services; however, we can provide a phone number to the local childcare facility where guests can call to arrange childcare. RULES FOR USING THE FACILITY The use of our fitness center is only possible for hotel guests. The use of the swimming pool area and saunas is possible for persons who do not use hotel services - at an additional fee. The use of the swimming pool and the rooftop bar is only possible for hotel guests.
Animal stay conditions Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA & SPORT accepts dogs and cats weighing less than 18 kilograms. Other animals and dogs that weigh more than 18 kg can be accepted at the discretion of the hotel. Pets are only allowed in the Apartments section .A maximum of two animals per room are allowed. Please notify the hotel reservation department of arrival with pets prior to arrival and read the accommodation conditions available at the main hotel reception or on the gwiazdamorza.com website The fee for an animal is 50PLN per day. At check-in, you must sign an agreement regarding the presence of animals on the premises. The animals are not allowed to stay in places where meals are served, or in the fitness center and swimming pool area. These rules do not include guide dogs that are not considered to be pets. Dogs must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle in public areas of the hotel. Staying with a pet is allowed in the hotel lobby, but not on sofas or armchairs.
Payment conditions ACCEPTANCE OF CHECKS We do not accept check payments. CREDIT / DEBIT CARD Debit and credit cards will be authorized upon check-in and will be charged with the amount of the stay and the deposit, which can be increased if the room bill exceeds its value. Authorization will block funds until check-out and then the card will be actually charged with the amount incurred. Authorized funds will be released by your bank or financial institution within a maximum of 30 days after your departure. The hotel is not responsible for any fees or commissions resulting from this. CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATION Currency conversion by banks or credit card companies when processing payments is not controlled by the hotel and is subject to exchange rate fluctuations. GIFT VOUCHER To purchase or redeem a gift voucher, contact the hotel directly by phone or email. PAYMENT The credit card used to make the reservation must be valid for the duration of the stay. Present this credit card at the hotel upon check-in. If you make a reservation on behalf of another person, you must contact the hotel directly to agree on the issuance of the invoice.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA OF HOTEL GUESTS The purpose for which the Hotel processes personal data is the conclusion and implementation of the contract for the provision of hotel services. In addition, the purpose of processing personal data by the Hotel is: submitting possible claims by the Hotel in connection with the damage suffered by the Hotel incurred by the Guest or defending against the Guest's claims in relation to the Hotel, documenting the performance of the services for tax purposes, providing the highest quality services to hotel guests. If the Guest has agreed to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, the Hotel processes personal data for this purpose, i.e. in order to send marketing information and offers about its products and services to the Guest. In addition, the Hotel processes personal data collected by hotel monitoring to ensure the safety of hotel guests and other people staying at the hotel. § 4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA The legal basis for the processing of personal data of the guest obtained by the Hotel is a contract for the provision of hotel services. The legal basis for the processing of personal data of the guest used for marketing purposes is the consent of the Guest. The hotel informs that the consent can be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place prior to the withdrawal of consent. The legal basis for the processing of the guest's personal data through monitoring is the protection of its vital interests and the protection of the vital interests of other individuals, as well as the justified purpose of the administrator. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA Providing personal data regarding the name and surname, photo ID with the number, home address, e-mail address, in the case of online reservations, telephone number, age of the child when staying in a hotel with a child and the registration number of the vehicle in the case of parking on the premises of the hotel is a requirement to conclude a contract for hotel services. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the Hotel from concluding a contract for hotel services. § 10. AUTOMATED DECISIONS ON THE BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING PROFILING The hotel does not take automated decisions based on personal data, including no profiling. § 11.
