  • full body massage allowing for muscle relaxation and relaxation. Depending on your preferences to choose from:
    • relaxing massage (50 min) is mainly based on stroking techniques helps reduce stress.
    • classic massage (50 min) performed by stroking, rubbing and kneading techniques with medium pressure force, works great for relaxing tense muscles.
    • Shantala massage for pregnant women (50 min) relaxing full body massage performed on the side allows for deep relaxation and relaxation.
  • full body peeling perfectly cleanses and regenerates the epidermis. The treatment is finished with a moisturizing balm which makes the skin nourished and nurtured. (30 min)*
  • hand treatment is a combination of exfoliation with a moisturizing hand mask. Hands after treatment are regenerated and nourished.
  • foot treatment is a cleansing peeling and regenerating mask. It allows for exfoliation and softening of foot skin.
  • Pressotherapy or Rasul (25 min)*
    • Pressotherapy lymphatic drainage treatment covering lower limbs and abdomen. Helps fight the feeling of heavy and swollen legs.
    • Rasul session in a steam bath. It has an excellent effect on improving circulation, immunity and cleansing the body of toxins.

 

When purchasing the Package by pregnant women, the following treatments are substituted:

  • Express facial treatment is a combination of make-up removal, exfoliation and a face mask adapted to the needs of our skin. 
  • Skin Diagnosis, i.e. professional skin analysis, which will be carried out with the use of a Skeyndor diagnostic kit.

Treatments apply to pregnant women with only the 1st trimester and the last month.

 

We're pet-friendly, so we encourage you to book stays with pets. We donate 15 PLN to the Pomeranian Wildlife Rehabilitation Center "Ostoja" for each four-legged guest in Pomieczyn. The total cost of the pet's stay is 150 PLN.
