The Wellness Recovery – Healthy Spine program was created to combine professional manual therapy with individually tailored activity and health education. • Free body composition analysis on the Tanita device.

• An individual consultation and an activity plan tailored to your needs.

• 3 classic massages (25 min) to reduce muscle tension and improve mobility.

• 3 peat compresses supporting regeneration, reducing painful symptoms, and relaxing muscles.

• 3 Stretching & Mobility sessions to improve flexibility and range of motion.

• An individual Nordic Walking training that teaches proper walking technique and an activity that supports the spine.

• 1:1 functional training that strengthens the muscles responsible for stabilizing the entire body.

• An aromatic infusion served after each treatment.

• A voucher worth 100 PLN to be used at the SPA Institute
